Afternoon Tea at Sketch London

Sorry it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything, I’ve been waiting for some inspiration and thank god itĀ arrived in the form of Sketch. As a belated birthday celebration two friends and I headed to Sketch for afternoon tea. Although I’ve lived in London for what feels like forever, I am ashamed to say that this is the first time I’ve ventured out for afternoon tea.

Sketch, which is situated in Mayfair is a converted 18th century building that has hidden secrets around every corner. Each room is decorated with its own unique style and flair.

The best room of all had to be every girls dream, the pink room. The whole room is covered in modern sketches, pink velvet and copper trimmings. This is where we sat for our amazing afternoon tea. There’s such a great collection of teas you can choose from, my favourite being the vanilla and chai.

We then moved on to a selection of sandwiches, scones, cakes and even some homemade marshmallows, all of which are refillable.

It wouldn’t be right to not mention the amazing toilets at Sketch, the iconic space style pods are like no other.

Although we left feeling completely caked out, I’m already planning my next trip as my sister is dying to visit. Let me know if you guys go!
